He expressed his excitement for the blessings of the year 2024 and congratulated Berla, referring to her as "Teshie Beyonce-Queen B" while blessing her union.

Berla tied the knot with David Tabi in an intimate ceremony attended by family and a select group of friends. It was a very private affair, and as per reports, no photos or videos have surfaced online as guests were not permitted to capture moments from the ceremony.

The organizers, in a late evening statement, expressed surprise as the government had approved the event back in November 2023. They regretted the sudden cancellation, apologizing to the guests and attendees from around the world and Ghana. Renowned African figures like P.L.O. Lumumba, Peter Obi, Julius Malema, and Dr. Arikana were set to speak at the event, which now stands canceled. The organizers hinted at more updates to follow. The cancellation was attributed to an unexpected state event planned at the same venue, as explained by Dr. Nadia Adongo Fynn from the Office of the President's Diaspora Affairs Directorate.
